Daikaya teams up with Hill Country Barbecue Market for one night only downstairs in Hill Country’s Boot Bar. Acclaimed Chef Katsuya Fukushima will join Hill Country’s Pitmaster Dan Farber as they serve up a four course menu featuring the best of smoked meat, Japanese whiskeys, and many other surprises along the way.
Chef Katsuya Fukushima is a partner and the executive chef of Bantam King, Haikan, and award-winning authentic Japanese ramen shop and izakaya, Daikaya which opened in early Spring 2013.
