Backyard Barbecue Returns!
Washington DC’s original Central Texas-style barbecue restaurant – Hill Country Barbecue Market – returns to the National Building Museum (401 F Street NW) this summer for their fourth family-friendly “Backyard Barbecue” pop-up on the West Lawn. Backyard Barbecue kicked off on May 16th and runs through Labor Day, bringing Hill Country’s live music, signature sliced brisket, pulled pork sandwiches, Texas cheesesteaks, and more to the lawn. Signature cocktails, beer and wine will be served onsite. On Fridays and Saturdays the pop-up will feature live music. The space will be available to book for private events upon request (email us: email@example.com).
Hill Country’s Backyard Barbecue joins the National Building Museum as a part of their Summer Block Party which highlights the temporary structure “Fun House,” an interactive exhibit from Snarkitecture, which will be open to the public July 4th through September 3rd.
