Great barbecue doesn’t require a long list of ingredients – just the highest quality meat, our simple dry rub, and post oak wood. What’s the secret? Low and slow cooking and a heaping portion of TLC from our experienced pitmasters. Barbecue is truly a labor of love!
Meats in the marketplace are hand carved to order and sold by the slice, bone, or link, so you can have as much or as little as you’d like. As a rule of thumb, we usually recommend 1/3-1/2 lb. of meat per person (1/3 lb. if getting a boneless meat, 1/2+ lb. if getting bone-in meats, like ribs), and 1-2 sides (perhaps a hot side, and a lighter cold side or cornbread).
